A hotel’s coffee setup is wrong or missing
Use the confirmation form on that hotel’s page. It takes about twenty seconds, needs no account, and goes straight into the moderation queue attached to the right property — which is considerably more useful to us than an email.
A hotel is missing entirely
Email us with the hotel name and city, or ideally a link to its website, and we will add it to the research queue.
A factual error in a guide
Email us and say which page. We publish corrections rather than editing silently — see the corrections policy.
You run a hotel
If we have your property wrong, tell us and we will correct it and mark it editor-checked, which outranks our automated scoring. If you would rather we did not crawl your site, say so and we will add your domain to our blocklist permanently.
