We track 9 Swissôtel properties across 7 countries. Of the 9 we have researched, 1 has an in-room coffee maker on record.
These figures describe the Swissôtel properties we have researched, not a chain-wide standard. Franchised properties vary a great deal, and a machine confirmed at one hotel says nothing certain about another. Always check the individual property.
